Product design development
Before bringing the idea to life, each product is carefully examined by our engineers. They create prototypes and carry out estimations. Based on this work, for any product, even the simplest one, a worksheet is developed. Each operational stage, as well as all the materials used, are listed in the program, which allows us to monitor the production process online.

Inspection of constituent parts and accessories
We check the quality of nearly all constituent parts. Our primary focus is on electronic components and heating elements. This is what inspection tables look like, specially designed for simultaneous testing of a large number of components.

Quilting and cutting of fabrics
First, the fabric and other textile materials are rewound (at the same time the quality of the fabric is checked). Then, they are quilted (if necessary) and immediately sent to the cloth-cutting machine.

Laying heating elements
The heating element is the heart of the product. We use either a carbon thread or a silicone braided nichrome wire for our products. It is important that the wires lie flat and do not touch each other. We use different methods to lay wires, including an ultrasonic machine which has no analogues in the Russian market.

Connecting wires
The safety of products, especially those with carbon thread, is greatly influenced by the quality of the connection. We are not going to share all our secrets, but the process of connecting wires is fully automated, since the reliability and equally high quality cannot be achieved with manual connection. We use imported sleeves for connecting carbon fibers which we purchase and bring to Russia ourselves, since, unfortunately, such sleeves are not introduced to our market yet.

Overheat protection
The use of heated clothing brings the question of safety into the spotlight. Which is why our products are equipped with thermal sensors designed to turn off the device in case of overheating. Our remote controls are designed to smoothly adjust the temperature of the product, preventing it from overheating. We would like to remind you, however, that any heated clothing piece is primarily an electrical heating device which, like any other heater, must be used in accordance with the instructions and safety precautions.

Binding
The binding matches the color of the products, which gives them an aesthetic look. Our blankets can work perfectly as bedcovers when you don't use them for heating.

Quality control and packaging
We would like to draw your special attention to our quality management system. It is certified according to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. We use a software package developed by our engineers for final inspection of the products. All of our products undergo this inspection. Since each product has its own unique identification number, the operator can see full details on each tested item on the computer screen. In case of any deviation, our database allows us to find information on the test of a particular product, as well as on the operator who conducted the test.
